The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • • Wine shipments will be mailed to you or you can call us to specify pick-up at the winery but the membership fee includes shipping and handling for the year. We alert you prior to each shipment, via email, to prepare for receipt or pick up. **If shipment is picked up at the winery, each member is invited to enjoy a free glass of wine. • An adult signature of a person 21 or older is required on all packages that include wine. Please consider shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day. Any member whose shipment is returned to the winery, because of failure to obtain the required signature by the delivery service, is subject to the additional shipping cost. • Members agree to a one year commitment of three shipments for a total of nine wines. • We will notify you when your membership is up for renewal.
